Mission

The Managing Director will play a critical role in the strategic and operational leadership of the mid-sized industrial group. The primary mission is to drive sustainable growth, maximize profitability, and ensure the group’s competitive positioning in the industrial sector. The MD will be responsible for executing the corporate vision and making decisions aligned with the long-term goals of the organization.

Functions

  • Develop and implement strategies for growth, identifying new market opportunities and business expansion areas.
  • Oversee production, logistics, and supply chain functions to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all operations.
  • Explore opportunities for new products and services, diversify the business portfolio, and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with shareholders, regulators, and key customers, ensuring transparency and maintaining the company's reputation.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure financial stability and profitability through effective cost management.
  • Ensure the profitability of the business by overseeing the Profit and Loss statement, optimizing financial outcomes.
  • Guarantee that all business operations are conducted sustainably, prioritizing environmental and social responsibility.
  • Ensure that all company activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards, fostering a culture of compliance.
  • Build and maintain a strong organizational culture focused on innovation, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Profile

    Education:
    Degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
    Experience:
    At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
    Experience managing P&L and ensuring sustainable business practices.
    Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with strong financial and operational management expertise.
    Skills:
    Excellent communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
    Adaptable, results-driven, and committed to high ethical standards in leadership.
