Mission

The selected person will drive the strategic vision of the organization by shaping and refining business plans, providing key support in strategic decision-making, actively managing M&A for real estate asset, ensuring effective shareholder communication, and contributing to the overall optimization of the asset portfolio.

Functions

Business Plan Development and Management:
Responsible for the formulation, execution, and continuous refinement of the group's business plan. This includes conducting thorough market research, identifying key business drivers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Strategic Decision Analysis:
Provide crucial support to the CEO by conducting in-depth analyses of strategic decisions. This involves evaluating potential risks and opportunities, forecasting potential outcomes, and offering data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making at the executive level.

M&A Real Estate Coordination:
Take an active role in coordinating and overseeing the Real Estate M&A processes. This includes collaborating with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure a seamless and efficient M&A process, from property valuation to finalization.

Stakeholders Communication and Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive reports for communication with the group's shareholders and other stakeholders. This involves summarizing key performance indicators, financial metrics, and other relevant information in a clear and concise manner to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Assistance in the Asset Portfolio Management:
Assist in the management of the group's asset portfolio preparing detailed financial reports, tracking and analyzing investment performance in order to take smart decisions.

Profile

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering. Desirable: Postgraduate or master's degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the functions described above (consulting, M&A, finance, auditing, etc.). 
- Competences: Analytical profile, autonomous, accustomed to working in high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
