An international real estate development group is undertaking one of the most ambitious luxury residential and hospitality developments in Southern Europe, located on a prime beachfront site in Costa del Sol. The project covers a big area and combines exclusive luxury residences, hospitality facilities and premium amenities, setting the highest international standards in design, construction and quality.

Misión

To lead the end-to-end management of the residential development, from initial design through construction and final handover, ensuring the successful delivery of the project in terms of schedule, budget, quality and overall performance.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Development, the position will oversee the coordination of all technical teams, contractors and stakeholders involved in the residential development.

Funciones

  • Lead and manage all phases of the residential development, from design and planning through construction and final handover.

  • Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, contractors and other external consultants.

  • Ensure compliance with the highest international standards of design, construction and quality.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, anticipate risks, identify potential delays and ensure key milestones are achieved.

  • Take full responsibility for construction budgets, cost control, tendering, procurement and contract negotiations.

  • Coordinate planning permissions, building permits and regulatory approvals.

  • Build, lead and develop the Project Management team, ensuring effective coordination with other project leaders.

  • Oversee quality control, inspections, commissioning, final handover to buyers and defect resolution

Perfil

Profile: 

  • University degree and master's qualification. A background in Architecture, Engineering or Economics will be particularly valued.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management, including significant experience in leadership positions.

  • Proven track record in the end-to-end management of large-scale real estate developments, from design to final delivery.

  • Previous experience working on the developer's or owner's side.

  • Experience in luxury residential developments, branded residences or landmark real estate projects will be highly valued.

  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, permitting processes and construction regulations.

  • Fluent English. Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

  • Based in Marbella or willing to relocate.
