Misión
Reporting to the CEO, the mission of the selected candidate will be to lead the company's cultural transformation through the corporate-level management of people, both from a human resources administration perspective and in terms of development on a national and international scale. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and developing HR policies within the group, leveraging available internal and external resources. This role will require stays of one to two weeks at production sites located outside of Spain.
Funciones
- Responsible for driving the company's cultural transformation at all levels.
- Plan HR strategies based on the company's projected growth and the strategy defined by the executive committee.
- Define and implement the department's general policies and tools in the areas of HR development and administration.
- Annually define the HR planning and budget and track their progress.
- Manage the HR department and its personnel, both at headquarters and across the company’s national and international locations.
- Serve as a key reference for all HR-related matters, aligning employees with the company’s values and objectives.
- Define the talent acquisition process: recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
- Define and implement the performance evaluation, professional development, and talent retention processes.
- Establish and implement the company's compensation policy.
- Develop and implement internal communication policies related to HR processes.
- Design and oversee the company’s training plan in collaboration with the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee personnel administration and labor relations within the company.
- Report to general management on activity progress and participate in strategic decision-making.
